Impregnation Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this method, carbon dioxide gas is injected into the wine bottle individually and then in the cork cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Others Sparkling Wine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of wine is usually made by both methods, either impregnation or champenoise.\u00a0Generally produced in France, Germany, Italy, and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Red Sparkling Burgundy (France)<\/li><li>Asti Spumante (Italy)<\/li><li>Casino Sect (Germany)<\/li><li>Borrosa Pearl (Australia)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sparkling Wine Bottle Type and Size<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sparkling wine is usually sold in bottles of various types and sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Split contains 20 cl of wine<\/li><li>Half Bottle contains 40 cl of wine<\/li><li>Imperial Pint contains 60 cl of wine<\/li><li>Full Bottle contains 80 cl of wine<\/li><li>Magnum contains 160 cl of wine<\/li><li>Jero Boam contains 320 cl of wine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Serve and Store Sparkling Wine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sparkling should be stored properly at a temperature of about 10 degrees Celsius in a horizontal condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And best when served cold between 7-10 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So a wine cooler is needed for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sparkling wine and food to match<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sparkling wine can be drunk as a companion to various types of food.&nbsp;So in other words, sparkling wine goes well with all types of food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Brut with fish and oyster<\/li><li>Extra dry goes well with shells, fishes, lobsters<\/li><li>Sec goes well with caviar, smoked salmon, white meat and red meat<\/li><li>Demi sec, matches pates , fruits<\/li><li>Demidoux and doux go well with sweet foods like puddings, pastries etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So you&#8217;re not curious anymore, what is sparkling wine?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is Sparkling Wine?\u00a0Yes, sparkling wine is a natural still wine that contains carbon dioxide.\u00a0That&#8217;s why it has soda bubbles when it&#8217;s poured.
