Adapun yang kita bahas saat ini yaitu salah satu contoh surat resmi yaitu surat keterangan aktif mengajar. Seperti apa contoh surat keterangan aktif mengajar? Bagaimana bentuk atau format surat keterangan tersebut?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengertian Surat Keterangan Mengajar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesuai namanya, surat keterangan mengajar merupakan surat yang isinya tentang pernyataan atau keterangan bahwa seseorang masih mengajar di lembaga atau instansi tertentu. Surat ini termasuk ke dalam surat resmi sehingga Anda akan menemukan kop surat, nomor, dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surat keterangan tersebut dikeluarkan instansi pendidikan dan ditandatangani oleh kepala sekolah. Biasanya pada surat tersebut juga terdapat keterangan mata pelajaran yang diampu guru yang bersangkutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain harus ada tanda tangan kepala sekolah, pada surat tersebut juga harus tercantum stempel sekolah atau instansi terkait. Tujuannya untuk semakin memperkuat bahwa surat ini memang dikeluarkan sekolah dan disetujui kepala sekolah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tujuan Membuat Contoh Surat Keterangan Aktif Mengajar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Di awal sudah dijelaskan bahwa surat ini untuk menyatakan bahwa seseorang masih aktif sebagai guru. Akan tetapi, ada beberapa tujuan lain mengapa seseorang memerlukan surat tersebut, di antaranya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melengkapi administrasi untuk Program Profesi Guru atau PPG Daljab (Dalam Jabatan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melengkapi administrasi untuk program <em>inpassing<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untuk melengkapi surat TMT (Terhitung Mulai Tanggal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melengkapi administrasi sebagai syarat pengajuan kenaikan pangkat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagian pada Surat Keterangan Mengajar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa bagian yang terdapat pada contoh surat keterangan aktif mengajar yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kop surat, isinya tentang informasi dari pemerintah kota atau kabupaten, dinas pendidikan, nama instansi, alamat, serta kontak instansi tersebut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terdapat tulisan &#8220;Surat Keterangan Mengajar&#8221; di bawahnya dan posisinya rata tengah. Selanjutnya, di bawahnya lagi ada keterangan tentang nomor surat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isi surat, bagian ini berisi profil kepala dari instansi pendidikan baik negeri maupun swasta seperti nama, NIP atau NUPTK, jabatan, dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya diikuti oleh profil guru bersangkutan yang meminta surat keterangan ini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penutup, bagian ini isinya tentang nama serta tanda tangan dari kepala instansi pendidikan. Terdapat juga stempel yang menunjukkan bahwa surat tersebut memang benar-benar dikeluarkan instansi yang bersangkutan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagaimana Cara Mendapatkan Surat Keterangan Mengajar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum mengulas beberapa contoh surat keterangan aktif mengajar, Anda mesti paham bagaimana cara mendapatkan surat tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebenarnya untuk mengajukan surat ini cukup mudah.
